- Whimmydiddle Arts and Crafts Festival is always the last Saturday in September and attracts an
estimated 5,000 to 10,000 people annually. The festival is located in the city park and is free to the public. The festival features fine arts and crafts of the highest quality work, as well as, a food court with family picnic areas.
- Hours of the show are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.
- All artwork and crafts accepted to be sold and displayed at the Whimmydiddle Arts & Crafts Fair must be original artwork.
What time can we check in?
You may check in on Friday at 11:00 am until showtime at 9:00am on Saturday.

Our tax rate is 8.8%.
What is the booth size?
The size of the booth is 10' x 15'.
Do you provide help unloading?
No, but arrangements can be made to find you assistance. Vendors will have to pay a minimum of $20.00 for assistance.
Where do I get a Kansas Sales Tax Number?
You can visit www.ksrevenue.org or call 1-785-368-8222, option 5 then option 1. Obtaining a Kansas Sales Tax Number is free of charge.
Do you offer electricity to the booths?
Yes, It is located on the north side of the park or west of the shelter house (110 vac / 220 vac).
How much is electricity?
Electricity is $20.00 per outlet.
How much are your booth spaces?
Booth spaces are $100.00
Do you provide a canopy or chairs?
Can I bring my Gold Canyon Candles and Mary Kay products to sell?
No, we only accept handmade crafts.
